Welcome

When joining the meeting, the first screen to be shown is the Welcome screen. This shows the logo of the venue or organisation that has organised the meeting and prompts the user to enter their name. 

NB. If the meeting has been set up using the MeetingPod Integrator then the name will already be showing.
